Rice Broocks�is the cofounder of the Every Nation family of churches, with more than one thousand churches in more than 73 nations. The senior minister of Bethel World Outreach Church, Nashville, Tennessee, Rice is also the author of several books, including�God’s Not Dead, The Purple Book,�and�Every Nation in Our Generation. A graduate of Mississippi State University, Rice has a master’s degree from Reformed Theological Seminary and a doctorate of Missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Having read the solid apologetic works of Josh McDowell, Lee Strobel, Ravi Zacharias, William Lane Craig and others, Dr. Rice Broock's book is equally brilliant. It also possesses a personal approach that is helpful in simplifying complex issues, humorous at times and loaded with historical evidence. I love how he weaves in personal examples, stories and illustrations to drive home the truths of Christ's life, resurrection & divinity. I have used his "Minimal Facts" many times since I read it. The chapter on "Dispelling the Myths" was superb and gives Christians everywhere the upper hand in fighting all the internet myths about Jesus that abound. It ends with two great chapters that tell us how to move forward in this quest for truth.

Definitely a worthwhile read for those looking for ideas to debate the rhetoric of the ideologues looking merely to poke anyone that perceives Christianity as a viable alternative to humanism in the eye and viewed as an egregious choice only to be trifled with. There are those willing to have an honest debate without hyper emotionalism and made up ideas, but they are far and few and in between these days. However, as the followup book to the original 'God's Not Dead', it did a great job of closing some holes left open from the original and provides more artillery to build faith and hope in the relentless barrage of skepticism and negativity towards those whom continue to remain the "called out". If you must stand alone in truth, then stand. Sometimes it's all you have the energy or strength to do... stand.

Awesome book! Definitely a must read for both believers and skeptics alike. It'll help you learn more about your faith and be confident of its veracity and of you're the opposite group it'll help you understand Christianity without bias.
